Each ingredient section is compatible with GN 1/4 containers (400 × 600 mm capacity per section), ensuring organized and efficient workflow during service.

The unit features a digital temperature display for precise monitoring. During defrost cycles, the automatic water evaporation system prevents condensation buildup. A fan-assisted cooling system ensures even air distribution throughout the cabinet and ingredient display area.

Constructed with a stainless steel body, aluminum paneling, copper piping, and a high-efficiency evaporator, the refrigerator delivers long-lasting durability and reliable cooling performance. The cabinet is insulated with 48 mm thick ozone-friendly polyurethane, improving temperature stability and energy efficiency.
