The Plate Carrier Vest is designed to support the combined use of hard and soft ballistic plates for enhanced operational protection. It provides ballistic performance according to the ballistic plates installed.

The vest features an integrated quick release system for rapid donning and doffing. Shoulder release buckles are recessed to prevent interference with rifle stock placement. Left and right shoulder buckles and minimalist side buckles improve ergonomics and weapon handling.

The design spreads weight over a maximum surface area from shoulders to mid-mass area to reduce pressure points. A rear carry and pull handle is integrated for casualty evacuation. Skeleton shoulders allow routing of communication and hydration tubes.

The vest is manufactured from 1000D CORDURA® Mil-Spec tactical nylon with Mil-Spec polymer buckles and hardware. Laser cut Velcro MOLLE overlay panels provide modular attachment capability.

The vest fits S, M, and L SAPI or ESAPI plates up to 1.5 inches thick and supports standard 10 x 12 inch plates. The Velcro chest panel measures 25 cm x 9 cm. Mil-Spec polymer rope handles increase durability.

The vest includes three pistol magazine cases, nine rifle magazine cases, fourteen shotgun ammo slots, one leader case, and one general purpose case. The rear soft ballistic plate can be added when the two side magazine pockets are removed.
